 American actress Emily Erin Deschanel, a producer and actor who is well-known for her role as Dr. Temperance Brennan' Temperance Brennan for more than 10 years on the American crime procedural drama television show 'Bones. Deschanel was raised in a middle-class family with parents who were involved in the film and entertainment industries, branched out into the acting after completing an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts in Theater at Boston University. Her extensive portfolio of work includes short films , television series, and a variety of movies. Her career as an actor in films in the late 1990s. Her most memorable character to date is that of Dr. Temperance Brennan' from the movie "Bones," which is her most recognizable role. Her character earned her some notoriety, fame, and numerous nominations for awards, like the 'Teen Choice Awards', Satellite Awards", and the 'People's Choice Awards. Some other notable movies include 'Spiderman 2', 'Glory Road and 'The Perfect Family. Her appearances in TV shows like "Rose Red," "Providence and many others are popular. She is happily engaged to American screenwriter and actor David Hornsby.   Emilie Ullerup-Petersen was brought up in Denmark by her father Ove Ullerup-Petersen (a Jurist and diplomat) who was also an eminent ambassador to Denmark in Vietnam.
