Kyra Sedgwick

 Kyra Minturn Sedgwick was born in New York City on August 19, 1965, to Patricia (Rosenwald), who is a speech therapist as well as a family member as well as Henry Dwight Sedgwick IV, an investor in venture capital. Her mother came from a prominent German Jewish family. Her father was from a renowned Massachusetts English family with a number of notable ancestors, like Judge Theodore Sedgwick V and educator Endicott Peabody. Sedgwick also went to private schools. When she was 16 years old, she made her debut as a professional actor in the soap opera Another World (1964). Kyra graduated from USC and has pursued a career in stage, screen, and on television. Kyra is an actress due to the fact that it lets her be a compassionate person and assist others. As "Donna", Tom Cruise's high school sweetheart, her first big break was in Born on the Fourth of July (1989). Miss Rose White (1992) and Something to Talk About (1995) were her two roles which earned her nominations for the Golden Globes. Kevin Bacon was her husband. They first met when she was in the leading character in Lemon Sky (1988). They have two children.
